Why I love it
Great workout, it's fun, it's like vinyasa / flow yoga while floating in water - a beautiful moving meditation where physical movements are linked with the breath.
How I stay motivated
Maintain a balanced and healthy lifestyle as well as just get to the pool, just jump in, just go for it and just swim whatever I feel I need at that moment. No pressure to be competitive with myself or anyone else.
Accomplishments
Every breath, every feeling, every thought, every word, every action is an accomplishment.
