No matter what your age it is never too late to learn how to swim. I worked with a woman who is over 70 and very fit. She did not know how to swim until her 40's. As a matter of fact she was terrified of the water. Today she is an American Red Cross lifeguard as well as a YMCA aquafitness instructor. Because of swimming she is very fit and looks much younger than her age.

I love to teach kids and adults. I have been teaching both adults and kids how to swim in the past several years.

I use positive encouragement when I teach. I want everyone is experience the fun of swimming!

I teach non-swimmers up to intermediate swimmers. 4 year olds to 140 years old.

I am an American Red Cross Certified Water Safety Instructor (needed to teach kids) and an American Red Cross Certified Lifeguard.

Swimming is fun and very relaxing. Swimming is good exercise that promtoes heart health. Swim enough and your mind will emit endorphines - a chemical that gives you a very happy feeling!!!
