Question in
When you put your foot in a wing, like for pointing your toes, are you supposed to have a significant arch because mine is barely there. If you are how would I achieve this? Thanks in advance

I have the same problem. I fixed it by watching a bunch of how to not sickle videos, and after one day of doing them whenever I pointed my toes, it would naturally go into a wing and so it was easier to focus on arching it. Try not to scrunch your toes and do arch exercises. Believe me if you do the anti sickleand arch eexercises it gets so Mich better faster. Keep in mind you probably won't be able to tell change from day to day. It works though.
