Depends on the situation!

Wrist shots are the most accurate.
Backhands are the least predictable.
Slap shots are the fastest.
Snap shots are deceptively fast.

You best bet is to practice them all, and see which one you find comes easiest to you. Most players have a go-to shot; one that they're just a bit better at. See which is yours... but never limit yourself!
