Here's just a sampling of foods that will help you build lean muscles:

-Chicken (boneless/skinless is best)
-Turkey
-Eggs
-Broccoli (helps your body not store fat)
-Fish, especially tuna
-LEAN red meat
-Cottage cheese
-Startchy carbs: potatoes, brown rice, yams
-Whole grains
-Almonds
