Is high school swim teams harder than middle school swim teams, i just finished middle school and i was an epic swimmer but what do i expect in high school swimming

As you advance to a high school level team the competition will naturally increase. If you were an excellent swimmer in Middle School you will likely continue to perform just as well.

Continue to challenge yourself to improve your speed in competition. It is your own motivation along with plenty of time in the water that will set you up for success. Here are a few tips:
