In getting ready for my first 800 free, how should i think of dividing it up? 4 200s, 8 100s, 16 50s, or just 2 400s?

Hi Anna,

If you break it up into 4x200s, it will divide your distance by enough to not only keep a good pace, but to also keep track of your times per 200.
