I have been told i need to do my Pilates breathing exercises more often. just exactly how often? my bust size is up to E cup from C cup and i can swim more than 50 meters with my head out of the water. i feel like a new person. just watch!! Joan

First off, congrats on all the success you're having!

I don't think there's an exact number when it comes to how often you should be doing Pilates breathing exercises, but think about trying to work them into various situations throughout the day: while driving, sitting at your desk, watching TV, etc. The more you practice them the better you'll get, and the sooner you'll start to see results during your Pilates sessions.
