Well, it's great that you want to try it, anyway! Yoga can be intimidating, but it doesn't have to be. Try a beginner's yoga class -- that way, the teacher knows you're all there to learn for the first time. Start by practicing 2-3 times a week, and don't worry if you don't know how to do the poses right just yet -- just keep going to class, and you'll learn it all in time!
