Jeremy, I believe the rules state that you must be out of high school for 3 years in order to be drafted, so technically you can be drafted without finishing college. However, you will have a higher chance of being drafted if you play 4 years of college ball. If you don't play college ball, I believe you will need an agent to get you into scouting combines to see if any coaches are interested.
