How do i improve punching power when i dont have the equipment?? please help

Punching power doesn't only come from hitting the heavy bag or other equipment. Punching power is developed when you use the proper wide stands, proper waist shifting, proper pivoting and proper shoulder movement. All this while maintaining balance. You punch with your entire body, not just your hands. A boxer could out punch a body builder of equal or close weight just by following these principles. Balance is everything in boxing. It's more technique than just power.

This goal is much easier when you have some equipment, even if that equipment is minimal. I'd suggest purchasing a medicine ball at the very least. The medicine ball is a very dynamic tool that can aid you in your power development. Check out the following iSport guide for some ideas:
