Hello I am in 5th grade and I want to tryout for the Youth cheerleading squad and I
want to lose my muffin top (belly) and I dont know what to do. Because every girl I
know can eat as much junk food as she wants and not turn fat. I weigh about 120.5
lbs. and I'm about 5 feet tall.

Hi Jensine!

I think having confidence and a great attitude is far more important than worrying about what you look like in comparison to other girls. There are a ton of different body types out there, and at 11, a ton of changes are going on anyway.

I would focus more on nailing that routine of yours and bringing a great attitude and smile to your tryouts!
