Can you use an easton rivle in middle school

The Easton Rival is BESR certified and approved for high school and college players to use in 2011. Bat restrictions for middle school players, however, is a little trickier -- the rules can vary depending on what state you live in and what you're playing in. I'd recommend contacting the middle school's athletic director and checking with him or her. I hope this helps, and let me know if you have any more questions -- I'd be happy to help out.

If I had to guess, though, I'd assume it's legal. It has a -5 length to weight ratio, and it's alloy (opposed to composite), which fits most restriction requirements. That being said, I'd still check with your athletic director.
