Are divers at risk for injuries in other sports (like running) because of underdeveloped hamstrings that are typical in divers from so many squats?

I'm not sure I understand your question. If a diver consistently does squats, his/her hamstrings should not be underdeveloped. In fact, they should be quite strong. Are you asking if squats can injure a diver with underdeveloped hamstrings?
